Our light exposure machines only process files saved within the standard (s)RGB colour space with a depth of 24 Bit (3 colour channels). Photos in the color room CMYK or with embedded colour profiles (e.g. Adobe RGB) should not be used.
Convert the photos before the upload in grey (RGB). This will leave all 3 color channels. The mode "Grey" in Photoshop is not supported due to the reduction of one colour channel. Therefore please use the function "Saturation", to obtain greys (RGB).
Some scanners use the CMYK-mode internally. Please check in advance the settings of your scan-software and set it to the RGB-mode.
While editing the photos please make sure that the photos are saved in the (s)RGB-mode.
