Service: Information and tips to efficiently use our search feature
With the search function in the upper right corner on every Pixum page you can enter your search keyword or question.
Right next to the entry field for your keywords or questions you can select if you want to search for results through our products, our help area, or both. You can select this by clicking on the arrow right next to the second entry field and selecting the chosen area(s).
With a few little tricks you can optimise your search:
- "Mug yellow" (with quotation marks) provides only result that contain exactly what is written between the quotation marks.
- Mug AND yellow as well as +Mug +yellow provide results that contain the keyword Mug as well as the keyword yellow.
- Mug NOT yellow as well as Mug -yellow provide results that contain the keyword Mug, but not the keyword yellow.
In our service area you can also use an advanced search. Simply click on the tab "Service" and then on "Help & FAQ". Now you are in the Help area of our Service centre. Click on "Advanced search" under the search entry fiels to specify your search.
