Orders & Delivery: Which delivery times can Pixum offer me for my order?
Photo orders
The usual production time is:
Photo orders 9cm to 13cm: 1 working day
Photo orders 20cm: 2 working days.
Please allow for an additional average shipping time of 1-3 days.
Please note: the production time is longer for so-called "mixed orders", where you order other products from the Pixum shop with your photo prints.
Poster orders
Please note following differences:
We usually need approx. 2 working days to produce your order with 8" Posters on photo paper. Please allow for an additional average shipping time of 1-3 working days.
We usually need approx. 3 working days to produce your order with Posters on photo paper (12" format and bigger). Please allow for an additional average shipping time of 1-3 working days.
We usually need approx. 5 working days to produce your order with Posters on premium paper. Please allow for an additional average shipping time of 1-3 working days.
Canvas, Aluminium and Acrylic Prints orders
We usually need approx. 5 working days to produce your order with your canvas, aluminium and acrylic prints. Please allow for an additional average shipping time of 2-5 working days.
Photo-fun-product orders
We usually need approx. 5 working days to produce your order with photo-fun-product. Please allow for an additional average shipping time of 3-5 working days
Photo Book orders
We have following production- and shipment times for your EasyBook photo book orders:
Production:
- Photo book XL / XXL: 5-7 working days
- Hard picture cover: approx. 5 working days
- Soft picture cover: approx. 5 working days
- Linen cover: 3-5 working days
- Photo Booklet: 3-5 working days
Shipment: 2-5 working days
The delivery of photo books takes, depending on the photo book type, approx. 5-12 working days.
Can I make an express order or get an express delivery?
From a logistic point of view it is not possible to ship single orders per express.
Please understand that due to our production process it is not possible to send express deliveries for your order(s).
We will do our best to always process your order as quickly as possible. However, we can not give you a 100% guarantee.
